Pat is a yoga therapist and fitness consultant who has lectured on yoga and health in both Europe and the USA, where has acquired a growing reputation as a fitness consultant and motivational speaker. He has worked with leading companies and individuals world-wide as a personal coach and is the author of best-selling books on fitness and health as well as producing a best selling fitness video.

Pat has appeared regularly on television and his health and fitness instruction has reached an audience of over 6 million people in Ireland and England. He has participated in radio programmes and has written numerous articles on fitness and health for many leading magazines and newspapers.

He has had David Bowie, Bruce Sprinsteen, Gabriel Byrne, Helen Mirren, Matt Dillon, Christina Ricci, Ellen Barkin, Julie Ormond, Dolores O'Riordan, Michael Flatley, Fionnuala Sherry, Carol King, Emily Watson, Keith Duffy, Def Leppard and many more through his centres in Ireland, LA and West Cork.

Pat is the originator of the Company Wellness Programme, and has helped many companies including Bank of Ireland, Aer Rianta, Deloitte Touche, ILAM, Scottish Provident, IBEC, AABS, Network Business Associates and government bodies to unlock the potential of their people.
